Management always puts the blame on production and doesn't fix recurring problems on production floor. Training is very slow and uncoordinated the whole training program needs a revamp as is it over 40 years old.
If you have medical issues (work related) you won't be paid for your time off and they will drag their feet paying your medical bills and will refuse to fix the situation that is putting you in the hospital in the first place.
