Pros
Pennfleet is a growing small business that takes their employees success to heart. They engage through communication and an open door policy, initial and on-going training, excellent resources, balanced flexibility (they will work with you as hard as you work with them) and an organized approach to interdepartmental logistics. Aside from the flow between the shop and office, the management offer a reduced stress environment with several amenities available. In addition to that, they encourage positive company moral through achievable financial incentives, frequent events/acknowledgment ceremonies; example: birthday/anniversary celebrations, milestones credits, etc. On a side note, they have gathered an intelligent and talented group of personalities that all work well together.
Cons
The company doesn’t have the staffing in place for a training coordinator or a training program that’s efficient, however the management team acknowledges this gap, work with suggestions while providing reassurance and make visible/frequent changes to processes in a humbling effort to provide their employees with success and a feeling of confidence in the ability to complete their job.
