You don't see a stand-out company like this much anymore. Flexible hours, hybrid work, good pay, good work-life balance, awesome benefits, GREAT leadership team/partners, good management, fun environment, nice people, inclusive, and so much more! They put their employees first and do what's best for the team. You can learn so much because everyone is highly skilled and willing to help/teach you.

Cons

If you don't like being thrown into the thick of things this may not be for you. You need to be comfortable getting right to work and learn quickly. Work comes and goes in waves so some weeks you'll be really busy, other weeks you may have a hard time filling your day with things to do.
