Pros
Friendly work environment with lots of fun people. Certain sections have an incredibly strong culture that supports and uplifts their resources and make the job a joy to work at.
Cons
Upper and middle management talk the talk, but really uses the company culture as a tool to keep the resources in line under the auspices of "Accountability" and "Ownership" but when it comes down to it, those values aren't really meant to be shared outside of management, and it shows. Pennant also consistently underpays it's resources. It's the primary cause of turnover. Leadership has stuck their fingers in their ears every time this is mentioned. The pay is embarrassingly bad for most positions.
