Pros

Clean work area. Can wear tennis shoes.

Cons

Constant mandatory OT that drains you. They claim 2-2-3 schedule but it's actually 6 days/week. They constantly move you from job to job which makes it impossible to be trained properly in any position. You cannot miss a single day of work for the first 6 months (*if* they decide to keep you) for ANY reason or you will be terminated. They routinely lie to temporary employees by promising a permanent position only to have your temp agency fire you when you don't expect it.

Pros

The 2-2-3 schedule is somewhat nice, when you have extended weekends often.

Cons

Management is shady and crooked. Some management is lazy and tells lies on employees, if you are not one of their favorites. Also higher management does not have enough of a backbone to confront employees with any issues, maybe because there isn't any to begin with. Not the first time that some supervisors ethics have been questioned, and higher management keeps protecting her worthless job so it won't be the last.

Pros

None. The work itself would be fine, except the place has the worst management I've ever seen and horrible scheduling/mandated OT.

Cons

Management will mandate overtime constantly, sometimes for no reason other than, seemingly, to make you miserable/wield their "power" over you. Poverty wages for the area, which I guess is why the don't mind working you 6 days a week, 12 hours a day for no reason. 2-2-3 sounds great. Until the mandated OT and swinging you from daylight to nightshift with no warning. If you question their management of labor and its legality, they threaten you with their "Harvard lawyers". Literally.
