Pennington is the most toxic workplace I have ever experienced

Cons

Employees are expected to work 24/7/365 without pay. Management/Administration is filled with abusive, petty passive aggressive people adding to the longstanding toxic culture. It’s exhausting having to watch “your back” all the time as information is manipulated to justify not giving raises or promotions. There is not enough money or benefits to justify working at Pennington Biochemical Research Center.
