      Excellent Benefits after waiting period, competitive salary. They take safety very seriously.

      Cons

      Overtly cliquey office environment. Favoritism and in-crowding very much apparent within two weeks of working there. Training is lackluster, outside of safety which they take very seriously.

      Hot shop! No vacation time or sick pay. Vacation given to office employees on day 1, but shop have to wait 1 yr.
