      Senior Operators greatly respect the work you contribute and taking the time to teach them and their associates the correct way to use the tools to run their business.

      Cons

      You will be underpaid. The raises are insultingly low and only come once a year. Your responsibilities will grow and despite raising your financial concern it will be neglected.
