Good benefits including medical benefits, provident fund, paid leaves, overtime pay

Cons

- They fired half of the workforce without any prior warning just because their business suffered a decline - There's no growth - Salary increments are not impressive - Toxic management that puts you under the bus when things go awry - Employees are disrescpted and insulted by their bosses and/or managers if they mess up. I have experienced this first hand - Employees have to work late on many occasions

*Worst Management *Ceo involvement in evey small tasks *Worst HR treats you like a school boy/girl *Pentaloop divided into multiple small companies *No women empowerment *High layoff *Time Tracker *Low increment * No Events * No learning for seniors even for freshers I never recommend any one to join this company this company almost started from 2014 still this company divided into multiple start ups pentaloop even not exist They not retain their employees even their business fully dependent on him.

Micro Management, You need to scan fingerprint while joining and leaving also they use time doctor to manage your work. after 5 minutes timer get stopped.
