      Pros

      - Really great benefits - Compensation that rewards strong performance. They are all about rewards - Lots of autonomy. More often than not you are your own boss. - Room for growth. Company always seems to be growing - Transparent, all the way to the top - Intelligent leadership and work that keeps you thinking

      Cons

      As an employee you gotta learn to that work/life balance. It can be exciting, but exhausting. Gotta know when to turn it off.

      Pros

      Pays minimum wage to developers.

      Cons

      They have shady VOIP and call center businesses with a money laundering scheme. Outsources all the work to eastern Europe and India. Hires people when there is work and fires them when there is no work. They experiment with people. Join at your own risk.

      Pros

      They reward you for your hard work. Pretty simply, and you expect everyone to do it, but not all places do. These guys aren't so interested in who you are, just what you do. You could have three heads, but since you work at home not only will no one know about it, but if you do good work no one will care. It's 100% meritocracy.

      Cons

      So I work here and yeah it's not a place for beginners. Like, if you just finished your undergraduate work, and you've never had a job before, this might not be the right place for you. They are not real good with people saying stuff like "I need a day off to get my head together, man." They expect you o show up and do the work. When you do they reward you. They keep it simple.
