      - remote work available - unreal engine experience can be transferred to other studios

      Cons

      - turned co-dev studio - each project operates in silo and could as well be outside PCF umbrella - expect layoffs at end of project -- or whenever publisher decides to stop the project - no job safety, no career path - shortsighted management, no real vision for the future - poor communication, if any

      -full remote -good competitive pay -employee benefits -cool projects

      Cons

      -micromanagement everywhere -some responsibilities taken away by the partner project owner. -Co-dev status company. -some middle management is good, others are just straight up bad and should not be in their higher position. -low 401k percentage but at least vested day 1. -project hiring based on project needs so beware about future layoffs again. -not much growth opportunity as they're co-dev status and each project is different.

      Great people and interesting projects

      Pros

      Great devs and dynamic action projects. Met lots of highly skilled people there! Pay used to be pretty good and there were great Christmas parties.

      Cons

      Lots of canceled projects during my time there doesn't feel great. Time logging every task is also NOT needed, let experienced devs cook. Pay was good at the start, but gradually cashflow got tight.
