      Pros

      People Driven culture makes the workplace feel like an extended family. Everyone works together with the same goals in mind to be successful beyond the numbers. Having a balanced lifestyle and knowing your contributions to the company are appreciated and respected naturally creates the motivation to come into the building with a smile each day.

      Cons

      Being a start-up means we're starting from scratch. Everything has to be created, established, and thought through. As long as everyone remains willing to wear multiple hats and work through each new task, though, it doesn't take long to get everything up and running.

      PDT has created a team of some of the best and brightest in their respective fields but have also established a mentality of working together and sharing in our efforts to produce the best possible outcome for both the customer and the engineers working. Everyone is eager to jump in and help one another. That mentality starts from the very top and it shows.
