People Incorporated is fully committed to its mission and every one of their employees. All members of the administrative management team (AMT) have an open door policy for staff. At any time, employees can meet with, email, or call each member of the AMT. Additionally, we have various avenues to speak to every member of the AMT including the %E2%80%98Ask AMT%E2%80%99 portal available on our intranet, at employee forums, or through a meeting as requested. Every member of the AMT has a resume that represents their seasoned and professional experience in their particular area of responsibility, whether that be human resources, finance, program development, management, and more. These people are here to serve as good stewards of the Agency. The AMT must also ensure the wellbeing of the employees and the individuals and families we serve. One of the many areas of their responsibility is the safety and health of our employees. We have a zero-tolerance when it comes to workplace violence, which includes bullying or inappropriate behavior of any kind. You mention bullying in your message. If you are experiencing bullying, please report it so that we can address it immediately. We encourage you to schedule a meeting with any Administrative Management Team member, including our CEO Megan Scheffer, to discuss any concerns, comments or questions you may have. We know that our strength lies in our staff, and we are so proud of the significant impact the caring staff makes in the lives of the children, adults, and families we serve.
