Good job role but poor management support and policies

Initial job role is good. Employ a good age range of people.
Cons
Lack of support from management and. Expected to start well before official start time, anything less than 15 mins and you are considered late. The Bradford’s scale to measure illness is not good. If you are ill and a genuine hard conscious worker and only off a day or two you get easily penalised yet you can be off for several weeks with minor illness say back ache or a cold then you don’t get warning. This means that you are not allowed time off during working hours for urgent doctors or hospital appointments instead you have to book annual leave in advance and not allowed to make up the missed time any other way.
