Awful management, even micro-level depending on which team you are in. Not much clarity on what they actually think of your job and no matter how well you are performing.

This is a great place in terms of incentives and autonomy, if you end up in the right team you will be surrounded by genuinely awesome people and will be left to do your role if you know how to.

Cons

Some managers here are prime examples of why good billers dont necessarily become good managers. Some teams, like mine had high turnover due to a selfish and toxic team lead, who should have never been given people management responsibilities. It ultimately cost the business multiple good consultants who couldnt put up with bad management any longer.
