You seem to have falsified all possible data in your review. Your review is certainly not in align with People10 culture that we promote and follow. Your review seems to have no proven history and data supporting them. We have always hired the right talent and we have been always conscious about the choice we have made. It is very unethical on you defaming other colleagues and talents from same organization and fraternity to be less skilled. Your constant statements claiming no good managers, no good leaders, no good talents are so self-proclaiming about your goodness & talent.
It's very disappointing to know that though you worked for People10, you failed to align to our work culture and basic moral ethics as a professional. It requires lot of maturity, experience and industry exposure to understand and follow these.

There has been one or two malicious individuals (we prefer to not name them ) in the past who could not perform their duties, got jealous of their colleague's fast growth, and left the company for greener pastures, unfortunately, they keep coming back to try to take down the Company with fake comments on social media when they see that the Company is tremendously growing still. Anybody can write anything anonymously on social media. But sadly compiling a list of negative sentences and posting it out there - it does not work, as the Company is blessed to be led by a driven and loyal management and leadership team who believe in the cause, and who give their all to take this Company forward. So please stop these false malicious attempts, they don't work. We encourage you to put in your best in whichever role you have now, and by doing that, you will grow in your career and hopefully be able to take out the negativity and malice that you are harboring for your ex-employers in your heart. We wish you all the best for that.
The reality is that the Company has grown beyond 250 employees in India and USA, working with great enterprise businesses like airlines, healthcare, manufacturing, etc on many exciting projects. We have a great team who work relentlessly and enjoy the camaraderie that we have as the People10 family. People10 has extremely employee-friendly policies like work from home, comp-offs, fun activities, spot awards, learning sessions, TED talks, etc. The customers are extremely satisfied, People10 is recognized as one of the best Product engineering companies in New York and in India through the Company is focused on quality work vs Quantity. The Management has open-door policies. The management team comprises of empathetic Directors and VPs who ensure the best experience for all employees.
