      Pros

      -This is my third attempt writing a review on this platform. Im not sure why glassdoor keeps deleting my reviews... -You can literately get as drunk as you want anytime during the workday, at the office, on the company's dime. -The purpose of this review is to warn talented engineers of the toxicity of this strange place. -From the outside looking in there is Definitely potential with the several products they have to offer. It's visually appealing, easy to use, and most importantly, provides a service for ANYONE to use. So i'm optimistic about the future of this company. -From the inside looking out, completely different perspective.

      Cons

      -Total High School vibes. -This company is like the "Tiger King" of startups. -I've witnessed the toxicity of this company and it was disturbing. -I was offered drugs while on company property to increase my performance. -Their product reminds me of a get rich quick scheme.

      Sinking Ship with Dirty Office Politics

      Location near Pike Place market.

      Cons

      - It was formed by merger of Intelius.com and Classmates.com. Post merger CM leadership prevailed and all Intelius leaders were knowingly put in such uncomfortable positions that they were forced to quit and later most of the ex-Intelius folks also steadily systematically forced to leave. The old cabal of CM kept engaging in politics to undercut great performers and elevate themselves. - CEO (A. H.) didn't have any vision. Heard him over and over for 3 years making similar speeches with same stale message of competition is tough, market is bad, Google did this and blah-blah while competitors ate into company market share. He never had a clear direction for the company. - HR has either no clue what ailing the company or they simply don't care. - Unattractive/unimpressive employee benefits, compensation and annual income growth. Clear favoritism in giving raises, bonuses and promotions to CM folks only. Save yourself from heartburn and dirty company politics and STAY AWAY!

We also enjoy that our office is centrally located in downtown Seattle, within walking distance to Pike Place Market, many restaurants and shopping options, and easily accessible to many public transportation options.
