They've built an incredible team at PeopleGuru™, and their commitment to employee well-being is truly impressive. From free lunches to thoughtful holiday gifts, their people-centric approach fosters a strong sense of community and makes employees feel valued.

Pros

Leadership Listens, lots of activities and opportunities to get to know your co-workers. Flexible, hybrid work schedules. Great opportunity for those who want to really have an impact on an organization. Exposure to all areas of the business. The snack kitchen is always open.

Cons

If you don't stay away from the snack kitchen, you can gain a few pounds. Not a household name, yet.

Cons

no remote, poor performance reviews, no increases, jump hoops and loops , have to be willing to do extra expected if you want to maintain a good relation with managers.
