100% Remote work when most others are asking you to come into the office
Nice co workers and supportive leaders
Cons
More transparency on expectations and more freedom for senior level recruiters do 'do what they do'
Team and Leadership make you feel part of the team from the first time. They want all employees to balance work and life (even if you are working from home), providing benefits such as flextime, 4-day work weeks, and PTO, to mention a few. They were always there for me, and for that, Im grateful.
Cons
Remote working is not for everyone. It would help if you were committed to putting in the effort and making sure that your numbers are what is expected for your role.
