      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere amongst passionate colleagues, and a comfortably bilingual environment. Nice offices and snacks are provided.

      Cons

      Management is frantic and disorganized, which renders communication difficult and frustrating. Training is chaotic and there is little to no time given to acclimatize.

      Pros

      The location was the only perk of working at this company.

      Cons

      The owner fosters a toxic environment where employees are not appreciated for the work but instead degraded every day and verbally abused. When I ask to be compensated for my extra hours, the owner said it was part of the company culture to 'hustle' and was expected to work overtime without supplemental compensation. My salary was very low, compared to the market offering for my role. I was let go for an unclear reason 2 weeks later. Do not recommend it!!
