Pros

They have a nice head office in Sydney . They have their own ATS technology

Cons

1. Male dominated senior leadership team with no gender diversity at the top. 2. Limited choice of accounts and due to lack of resources in the delivery roles, they lose existing accounts to other RPO companies that can deliver to a more superior level and with adequate staffing . 3. Unlike other RPO organisations, they don't openly collaborate or share ideas with teams across other solutions. once you're on an account you're pretty much stuck there and as they don't have anyone in HR/ internal recruitment here in Australia. There aren't career development opportunities unless you're in with your manager. Lots of 'keeping mates in jobs' especially on their construction flagship account. 4. The pay is average comparing to other similar organisations. 5. Lots of internal systems that you have to use, HR related ones there are 3-4 different login's. Very inefficient ways of working. 6. Poorly managed the pandemic when it came down to their people. Lots of staff laid off, limited internal communication and no proper redeployment options for those individuals including me. Initially some of the leaders were uncaring and disregarded their teams concerns about feeling unsafe about working in the office. Only acted when government forced offices to shut down. 7. They just don't practice what they preach (& sell to clients). One of the worst EVP's and employee experiences. On boarding & induction was non existent and just lots of online training modules and then hit the ground running in the job/ client site.

Pros

Struggling to think of a pro Internationally they are well recognized

Cons

Peoplescout might pay your wage but they do not know how to support, develop and grow their staff. Their senior management ride the cocktails of their employees. Their salaries are not equal across gender (male>female) They have no HR Their salaries are less than market rate Their main focus is on NBD and not account management and looking after existing clients (teams within those clients) No Career Development plan also offered a promotion with no increase in salary. Any training given is mostly the same as US so not relevant No exit interviews
