Pros

[Tech team] Salary is always credited on 30th of every month. If 30th is on weekend then salary will be credited on 29th. I have been working here for 3+years and salary is always on time. That's a big plus point. You will get to learn new technologies. Most teams use Spring boot for backend and Flutter, angular js for frontend. Some teams use vb.net, php, pyhton, and node.js for backend. WFH depends on you team manager. Usually most teams allow WFH. Regularisation of attendance is always approved, so there is no fixed timings here. I don't know much about support teams or hr teams or marketing teams. And for new joiners - negotiate your salary, because you might not be happy with appraisals. Some SDE-1 are making 17-20lpa, while some SDE-2 are making 12-15lpa while staying here for 2-4years. About leave- you will get 30 days of leave for 1 year. PL-18 days, SL-12 days. Also you will get 1 day leave for birthdays and another 1 day leave for your anniversary

Cons

You may have to work on weekends. And about appraisals - most folks get around 5-15% increment. Just one or two folks got 25% appraisal.
