There are so many, where to start with..okay so here it is If you know how to butter and flatter your seniors by gossiping about the other employees then my friend you're in the right place.absolutely unprofessional people working in the senior management.If you want to be in management's good books then start doing the following things while coming to office: a) Put your phone(Smartphone) in the locker and don't use it till the time you're working in this organisation. b) Be mentally prepared that once you signed the appointment letter you're completely this company's property. c)You have to come on Time but what time you'll leave, is not fixed and its a daily affair. d)Generally normal office hours is for 9 hours but here in PEEPALFI that's a completely different story. e) Be ready to get monitored by CCTV every minute and if you look here and there while working(As it's not possible to keep staring at your PC every time) then be prepared to be called for an one to one session inside the cabin. f) Be prepared to get unreasonable Targets g) Be prepared to get the same requirements months after months as they don't have many clients. This is a small consultancy but when it comes to follow the rules and regulations then its the Biggest one. The management is so Vella that they would reply to all the negative but true reviews in this site. This thing in itself shows how busy they are :P

Everything is an absolute lie about Peoplefy- 1 they claim to have 500+ employees with offices in India, truth is only 1 physical office in Pune rest are just addresses. The Founder treats people as slaves, many are sticking around as they are waiting for their dues and incentives, the good people from the company have left- which is highly concerning. All the new hires in this company dont want to work with the founder as they are micro managed and verbally threatned. The owner is very manupulative and keeps all his employees under constant fear. insider story the company is practially running on debt from last 2+ years and apart for 1-2 team rest all are non performing team Toxic management: Leadership operates through fear, favoritism, and blame. Feedback is not welcomed—it’s punished. Zero work-life balance: Expect late-night messages, weekend calls, and pressure to be “always on.” Burnout isn’t a risk here—it’s a guarantee. Micromanagement at its worst: Every move is scrutinized, creativity is stifled, and autonomy is non-existent. No career growth: Promotions are based on loyalty to certain individuals, not merit. Skills and achievements are routinely ignored. Hostile culture: Gossip, backstabbing, and cliques dominate. HR exists i to gossip to 1 Leader and most of them throw you under the bus. Unrealistic expectations: You’ll be expected to do the job of 3 people with no support.
