Toxic management stifles input and growth

Pros

Leadership gives no time to strategically get staff hired and gain busines. Half their offices are 1-person offices and Branch Managers work from home and Recruiters never see them. Horrible upper level management.

Cons

If you dare have input or ideas outside of theirs they will term you. Weekly meetings with the CEO of company who makes you feel uncomfortable. Very odd company.

At the time, they had a COO who was the biggest bully in the industry. I understand she was demoted. Thank goodness. However, her behavior was tolerated for DECADES, making Peoplelink a breeding ground for tyranny. I'm sure her legacy lingers.
