People are NOT who you think they are

Pros

Continual education opportunities, discount on supplements, they offer a wide variety of gluten-free /dairy -free food and snack options, fairy laid back atmosphere (depending on which location you're working at)

Cons

No H.R. Department so there is no accountability. Select people have more privilege than others. Too many cliques within management. Petty and childish behavior is rampant amongst pharmacy ,wellness, and deli staff. Management and staff are notorious for smiling in your face and lying behind your back.

Pros

Literally nothing is good here.

Cons

Low pay, high turnover, management is not communicative, high level of nepotism, overworked and underpaid, would highly recommend never working here. You will not be valued.

Pros

The discount is decent. They provide the bare minimum to full time employees, pto (minimal) and insurance.

Cons

Prepare to be exploited. The management is AWEFUL, passive aggressive and toxic in every way Low pay, NO RAISES, no structure for pay increases No training, and passive aggressive emails blasting your mistakes to the whole company, when you were not properly trained. The most inefficient systems for doing everything, clearly not thought through, and there are always weird issues, everything is hand written, a mess of a company. When the owner died, they sold half the company to a new CEO who is gutting employee benefits and making it a corporate structure. He’s applying corporate strategies to every part of the company, completely negating any of the values the company supposedly stands for. When you have to call out sick, YOU are responsible for finding coverage for your shift. They are struggling financially and the first thing they’re cutting is any positive thing for employees. They’re firing long time employees and not replacing them. They no longer have practitioners working here, but won’t be transparent with the public, so the customers basically expect practitioner level care from the wellness staff. micro management Working here is a nightmare, don’t do it to yourself.
