The most inefficient systems for doing everything, clearly not thought through, and there are always weird issues, everything is hand written, a mess of a company. When the owner died, they sold half the company to a new CEO who is gutting employee benefits and making it a corporate structure. He’s applying corporate strategies to every part of the company, completely negating any of the values the company supposedly stands for. When you have to call out sick, YOU are responsible for finding coverage for your shift. They are struggling financially and the first thing they’re cutting is any positive thing for employees. They’re firing long time employees and not replacing them. They no longer have practitioners working here, but won’t be transparent with the public, so the customers basically expect practitioner level care from the wellness staff. micro management Working here is a nightmare, don’t do it to yourself.
