I was given a lot of responsibility and learned a lot
Cons
Lots of hurdles to be faced, as it's a small organisation with limited very resources and expertise, which can be draining. Builds tenacity though!

Pros
Team based in Uganda is great. Young, friendly and creative. Hybrid work (though office needs a generator as power cuts can make it hard to be on long zoom calls)
Cons
Micromanagement and a lack of trust in more junior colleagues Poor career development plan Very rigid structure for promotion within the organisation, which lacks transparency and does not recognise employee contributions beyond their JD
