Pros

Some of the benefits of working here are the nice office lunches/events and there are some very friendly people here. The company provides healthy snacks for employees in the cafeteria on a daily basis.

Cons

The upper management are very disrespectful to employees, unless you are one of the "chosen few" or "favorites". Employees are overworked and picked on daily. Promotions are awarded based on if they like you or not. I have personally witnessed bullying that management turns a blind eye to. It has been a very sickening experience thus far and I will be looking to utilize my skills at a more professional and fair company. And what is with the business attire policy????? They are very behind in the times.

Pros

All of my bosses are very accessible, genuine and informative for each task I am faced with. Company culture is very open hearted and willing to assist however possible. Plenty of socials and events to foster a continual relationship with employees in different offices.

Cons

Still working to be current on a more technological side. Although not always necessarily a negative, a lot of means and methods are "tried and true".

Pros

Working with great people and office activities

Cons

Lack of communication, Sr. leadership does not have people skills, communication skills, and basic leadership skills. Promotions are given out at the top just to.promote vs. accomplishment
