Pros

You will meet some good people. Pepper is a good company if you are new to the workforce or you just want a comfortable job with no progression.

Cons

- Poor remuneration - Poor leadership by Execs - No such word as "employee retention" - Micromanagement - Nepotism! If you are in the good books, all the opportunities will be yours!

Pros

None really although their office is nice. The actual workers are happy to work hard. There is nothing else that is a pro.

Cons

Senior managers lead by fear and people are too afraid to speak up but happy to complain behind everyone's back. It is also a bit of a boys club.
