Pros
I'm writing this review after quitting and joining another job, and I realised how good Pepper was. Great things about Pepper: - Very good exposure to clients and processes - even as a junior, I was a part of meetings, got to do good work instead of rote work. - I was asked for my opinions - Managers were great (though I said they were strict earlier. They were but not in a bad way) - No drama. Mostly everyone was friendly. - Really good clients - Lots of innovation - I had to work with different teams across the company, and we did PR, social media etc. So there was no just boring 'you work on this press release only and get me 10 coverages' kind of thing.
Cons
When I was at Pepper, I did not appreciate the flexible work model that gave me the choice to choose when I wanted to work for home. But now I totally do! So that is not a con. Can't think of anything really.
