      Good environment. Bad structure for feedback.

      - Good environment to take lead on projects.

      Cons

      - No structure for ongoing feedback on the work being done. For instance, in my case, I thought I was doing a good job until the call where I got fired during the probation period.

      Provided good training and a flexible environment. As this is a start up, you are exposed to many different types of tasks and encouraged to continuously learn.

      Cons

      A lot of work from home so can sometimes be difficult to build relationships with other departments in the business.
