Not many pros at all.
Cons
So many lets get started, The few people that have heard of the firm, lack respect for them. Not a player. Male dominated promoting culture, acceptable to bully young females. Super small - lack of resources/budget. Incredibly white, No commitment to diversity - entire investment team is white males. If you are a POC, I'd warn you to stay away.
