The best benefits I have seen are the PTO plus collective summer and winter vacations.
Cons
You have to be very patient in what you do and at the same time have good time management. If you don't have those two, you will be in serious trouble.
Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging are the foundation for the org. Benefits are good. Resources are available. HR team and IT team are great and incredibly fast.
Cons
Pay is very low, expected to teach a curriculum that is usually not always up to date and contains a large amount of errors, 7 hours spent instructing and only 1 one hour left for prepping/ admin tasks on a daily basis, seems to be getting more difficult to achieve pay raises.
Great environment to work, everyone is positive and helpful, they basically pay you to learn, pay for all vouchers you need while working there.
Cons
only thing that sucked was I got hired with the idea I would get a raise to 22 dollars after 3 months, but Ive been here for 6 months and still have 18. The only way I can get a raise to 22 is if I become a full teacher of a class myself while other teachers doing the same thing are making 30 an hour. Make it make sense god.
