Pros
Great exposure to many different areas of the design process all the way from site visits to design and client relations. Great exposure to different utilities and areas such as distribution and substation design. Very helpful and friendly staff that train new graduates well

Reasonable small company which could be an issue for some

Flexible working hours, can work from home. Opportunity to travel to other states and learn. Mentor is very helpful. Working environment is very nice.
Cons
Sometimes can be busy and need to work after hours. But get extra payment
