Pros

PTO (personal time off) time is generous and no problem if you need to take off. You may find good friends. If you do basic requirements, no problem, but also no recognition, no reward, no salary increment. If you like robot-like roles, you may like. ( if you just want to save your day with normal pays)

Cons

Higher Management just plays the theater play, fancy words, like we are great team, etc. If they realize they do not need you, you are out immediately even if you work for 20 years. Repeatative tasks that will ruin your brain. Very hard to jump another company since you would not develope yourself. Always same people get recognition. No room to grow. Too much feedbacks going on behind the employees. Boring meetings with unnecessary talks and discussions.

Pros

Open and collaborative work environment, mixed with a bit of fun. Great benefits. Room for personal and professional growth. Have been in business over 35 years. Cool building and work environment.

Cons

Small company so everyone has an important role, this might not appeal to some. Not many (but a few) places for lunch within walking distance.
