Pros
It's very easy to demolish a company's image just by writing words like no work-life balance, no job security or calling it a lala company. I was the 10th employee at Percivon, which went ahead to become a 130+ employee company (in one year). I never felt anything similar to the negative reviews mentioned below or above. Ex or current employees are taking out their personal grudges to tarnish the image of Percivon. A company which have a environment like new age org with Zero Micro Management, no shift or time boundaries, huge flexibility towards employees and some of the brightest minds. But again, why believe me or in that sense, why believe any of the positive/negative reviews either? You will have to join Percivon and see it yourself. And I am 100% sure once you do, you will realise how low people can go just to take personal revenge
Cons
Hierarchy is like this: "Leaders (Director, CEO) -> Engineering Manager -> Executives" So things do turn out to be messy sometimes, but that does not mean you will be blamed for everything. Salary offered can be better (Who will not say that), and more commitment towards promises will always be appreciated
