      -Great payscale -Tons of clients already, lots of active jobs to work -Minimal meetings -Low amount of oversight unless you are behind -Draw versus commission so your not commission only

      -Can be hectic at times -Do or die job (Imagine this is most sales roles) -Projected income rarely meets reality, especially early on
