      The cool people who work there, plenty of vacation time and the pay isn't too bad either.

      Being on call sucks but it's just how the industry is I guess.

      It was great in the beginning. Lots of motivation for growth, and hiring within and promoting self growth.

      Cons

      Once it changed hands, I took the chances of staying through the changes and learning through it. But the whole culture was upside down. Heard it has changed hands once more since I left, so Godspeed
