Pros
Awesome team culture, love seeing everyones happy faces on our zoom calls and pre-covid had some amazing team retreats to California and Thailand. Super flexible work/life balance. No micromanaging. Competitive pay and incredibly generous perks.
Cons
There were some startup growing pains in the early days but honestly today can't think of a single con to working here. Love what I do everyday and love who I get to do it alongside.

Pros
Work with some very bright people, love that it's a small company so you really get to own your area of expertise and literally be a big part in scaling a company. Benefits are fantastic, the company really cares about the employees. Not having to go to an office all the time is great, allows much more productivity not having to commute somewhere. Competitive salary & equity in the company. Excited for the future of the company!
Cons
Only con would be not having a 401k right now but hopeful that will come soon!
