There is a ton of independence and ability to manage your work as you see fit. The people who work here are smart, and in my two years I learned a ton to kickstart my career.

Cons

You'll be asked to operate very independently - this was my first job and I often felt like I had to come up with solutions for clients with very little additional guidance.
