      Hardly any pay increases. Unorganized organization. Overwork all production employees. Inexperienced supervisors and management

      Great place to work because they do care about people and treat each other with respect. They are flexible and understand work / life balance. There are opportunities for growth and learning.

      Cons

      Can't think of any except you'll gain weight by eating too many peanut butter bars.
