The company has had a good reputation.
Cons
The company is run on adrenaline and emotional chaos. There is nothing professional about this place other than the few hard working women that work in the company for the ruler of the empire. These women do work hard. Unfortunately, there is nothing about this company that is professional. The management is all about making money, creating drama behind the scenes and has a Sweat Shop Mentality. There is nothing progressive or thoughtful about this company. They even claim to be a green company when paper, electricity and resources are a constant waste. Smoke and Mirrors. Smoke and Mirrors. Crisis, Chaos and Emotional Drama with an iron fist.

Through all the recessions and booms Marin has experienced in the last 25 years, Perfect Timing is still going strong! With Solina at the helm, the company adapts with the times, but always provides resources and opportunities for applicants and employees, as well as knowledge and integrity to their clients. Continuing to be the top locally-owned and community-based personnel services for over 25 years in Marin is a testament to the consistently excellent service that Perfect Timing passionately provides. Having worked with Solina for over 15 years, I know the highly regarded reputation she carries in the community.
Cons
The only con is that sometimes we can't help a deserving candidate looking for a job that is out of our 'wheelhouse'.
