Never believe their sugar coated words. No proper planning and execution for projects. Assigns to multiple projects and that results in high work pressure. Appreciation is limited only to a few employees, not everyone get appreciation for their hard-work. No proper hike. Management asks for your suggestions but never accept it at all. Not enough resource, doesn't have a good internet connection. HR guy threatens employees. HR plays bad politics and not so employee friendly. When you join here, on the first day itself the HR asks you to write a review on glassdoor with positive feedback. They even provide the review content. When I joined here, they asked me to do so and I did. They wanted me to create glassdoor account using the company mail id. But when I left the company they have removed my mail id and I couldn't delete or update the review that I've added earlier. Majority of the positive review added here falls under that category.

-Total mismanagement - Not at all a process-oriented company -People who are ready to dominate can survive with the good feed from the management. - Never recommend anyone for joining and try to take previous employees opinion as well.
