Pros

Important mission and growing fast.

Cons

Leadership does not care about employees. Overtime is required constantly on weekends. HR is untrustworthy. If you complain to them you will get fired even with no performance issues. Nepotism is rampant throughout the company. They give false information and timelines to customers.
