I guess the best part was some of the workers i met during my time there. Most were very nice.

Cons

How long do you have? I thought this place would've took a better turn after the original owner, Don Burgoon, passed away back in September. Boy was I wrong. His daughter who now controls the company makes even worse decisions than he did. They have no confidence in their employees. Everybody gets treated like garbage. The owners husband does nothing but walk around looking for something to tell his wife or mother in law about in order to get someone fired. Unless you have a passion for how brakes are made and a low self esteem, dont waste your time here.

you can do nothing for extended periods of time. a fellow employee of mine did nothing for 6 months. literally, he watched you tube and talked about how he hasn't done any work for months. it was hilarious after 4 months. at 6 months it was getting sad. odd thing was, that wasn't the reason he got fired lol

Cons

there are 200 employees and they are all micro managed by one man. he flips out and fires people regularly 90% of the time without any reason. actually I take that back he will fire you because he thinks you are out to get him. if you actualy do is not based in any kind of logic. He will have you running in so many directions you wont get anything done. so you might as well just sit there and watch you tube.
