      none really uinless you enjoy being belittled every day by the engineering manager that knows absoultley nothing about machining processes

      Cons

      harasment on a daily basses by managment, they dont do perfomance reviews in a timely maner, very anti employee, all of uper managment has slept with perry sands at one point or they are related to hime somehow.

      Pros

      Some overtime if you are buddies with the Leadman and the Supervisor, if not then you are screwed.

      Cons

      If you are not buddies with either the Lead Man or the Supervisor there is not any over time and when it comes to raises you can forget about that idea.
