Decent pay and benefits with opportunity for commission. Great for someone with some prior knowledge and high interest in the industry. Good opportunity for advancement.
Cons
Small-scale crew. Learn as you go training making it more challenging for a greeny to fully succeed. Not all locations operate the same.

Great people. Great culture and fairly straightforward, easy work.
Cons
Absolute ish pay! Benefits are decent but they are ripped from your check. Maybe that’s normal, idk. Job is repetitive and to be quite honest, BORING! As I’ve seen in many reviews, “you wear a lot of hats” and “good in between job” If the pay was better, I’d stay for sure! I almost feel as if I’m wasting my time.
