You have opportunities to travel, work in pharma, med device, cleaning val, building val, etc. As a woman, it was nice to come into a company that is not primarily male. I would say there is almost an even split between male and female coworkers. As a new grad, it is also refreshing to come into a company that is relatively young. They value life outside of work and are always willing to work with you.
