Really great discounts on fragrances. Fun (if you like working in sales)

Cons

Inconsistent schedule and hours. Poor hourly pay. POS system is unintuitive.

Flexible schedule. Good base hourly rate and incentives to make commissions add up quickly.

Cons

They force us to sell knockoffs at a luxury price. Some of the brand name perfumes are not anuthentic either.

As a reference for others reading these reviews, we aren’t in the business of selling counterfeit fragrances or forcing our employees to participate in such activities. Commission is definitely something that's nice and they pay you that commission every 2 weeks

Cons

They don't prioritize employees. And they demand much from them, but aren't will to invest in them to become greater assets in the company.
