I had the opportunity of working at PeriShip for the past few years, and found the experience extremely fulfilling. As a young intern, it's rare to find companies that offer the time and attention for new employees that PeriShip routinely shows theirs. What really set PeriShip apart from my working experience at other companies was the lack of obtrusive bureaucracy that often exists at large firms; I had a direct line to senior management, and this is something that all employees have there. There is also a high investment of time and resources for onboarding new employees. On top of it all, there are great fringe benefits like office parties, friendly co-workers, and a corporate culture of achievement that also believes in having some fun on the way. I really don't think there are many fair-minded folks who wouldn't enjoy working at PeriShip. It's a great place to learn and grow with excellent management that is truly focused on improving the business and treating their staff with respect.

PeriShip is a great place to work where the only thing better than the service provided to our customers is the company once you get in the door. Never had the opportunity to work in such a dynamic and pleasant workplace. The challenges you will face as an employee can change everyday and that is one thing that makes this job so enjoyable.
