Pros
My coworkers were extremely friendly and welcoming. The turnover rate is extremely high so you're always meeting new people. Sam's Club has delicious pizza.
Cons
Regardless of what you applied for you'll be offered a management trainee position. They stress that it is not a sales job and that I'd be making six figures in a year, but that's hard to believe when I was standing in a Sam's Club or Kroger selling products that I couldn't stand behind. You're way to move up in the company is to consistently sell so much product each day. They claim they're high turnover is due to people not working hard enough or not wanting it but really it's just a sales job that pays minimum wage and a bit of commission with no benefits. The stress is not worth it.

-Fast pace work environment -awesome team environment -intensive training; never felt like I was unprepared - works with your schedule -travel opportunities -learn tons of skill sets in a short amount of time!
Cons
-it is a good fit if you aren't looking for a Monday through Friday office job. -work some weekends for events
